Bulk Attribute Propagation

Description
As opposed to Single Attribute Propagation, Bulk Attribute Propagation is the process by which more than one User Attributes are modified, and then propagated to their Accounts (Process instances). For example, if a User's First Name and Last Name is updated at the same time, then all their respective accounts would have both those fields updated as well at the same time in the same request.
